Bill has spent his entire life on the waters of British Columbia, following in the footsteps of his father, who served 35 years with the Coast Guard. A trained paramedic and commercial diver since 1991, he combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership. Bill’s lifelong connection to the ocean it what drives his commitment to excellence, innovation, and high standards in every project.
Sharon brings extensive financial leadership and expertise ensuring the company runs smoothly and efficiently. With a career as CFO at several companies, she manages the financial strategy, planning, and operations that keep projects on track and on budget. A longtime resident of BC, Sharon shares a lifelong connection to the region’s waters. Her keen oversight allows the team to focus on what they do best, delivering safe and reliable marine solutions.

Ed has been a dedicated commercial diver and recreational scuba instructor since 1983, bringing nearly four decades of underwater expertise. As Dive Supervisor, Ed ensures that every dive operation is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. His deep knowledge of diving techniques, safety protocols, and marine environments makes him an invaluable leader for the team and a trusted leader on every project.
