Our team consists of the regions most respected and highly experienced marine and diving professionals, with offices located in Port McNeill, Campbell River, Comox and Nanaimo.

Bill Coltart grew up on the oceans of Vancouver Island, his father worked for 35 years in the Coast Guard. Bill is a trained paramedic and commercial diver. In 1994 he started Pacific Pro Dive, a multi-faceted company servicing recreational and commercial divers. In 2019 Bill sold the recreational division and now focuses on commercial diving and salvage operaitons throughout British Columbia.
Chuck Williams has decades of marine operational management experience under his belt. He's the Chewbacca to Bill's Han Solo. He keeps the wheels turning, and he punches in the coordinates to make the jump to lightspeed. Efficiency is his middle name, and safety underlines all his operational decisions. Chuck is the man.
Sharon Morgan keeps everyone in check, as well as actually keeping the cheques. She allows Bill and Chuck to buy those shiny toys, er, we mean, tools. Sharon has been Chief Financial Officer of several other companies, and like her husband Bill, has spent her life on the waters of BC.

Ed started his diving career in 1983 as a commercial diver. In the early ‘90’s Ed became involved with the Nanaimo Emergency Program which worked with the Coast Guard. His duties included vessel search and rescue, as well as rescue diving and recovery.
